Week 16 Improve Chinese with Crazie

:) The last 10 days have been amazing, having the road trip around Turkiye with Chris and his parents. I am having a bit of travel fatigue so this week we have still Qigong with Ernesto Laoshi and Friday's story listening. Wednesday beginner story will come back next week.

Qigong for a stronger body, sharper mind and happier mood with Ernesto Laoshi

This class is led by Ernesto Laoshi who is a Master in Qigong (气功）in English. Qigong is a system of coordinated body-posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for the purposes of health, spirituality, and martial-arts training (from wiki).

If you are interested in this type of exercise, Ernsesto (Paul) will guide you through it. I have been to the class a few times and it is very relaxing.
