Week 14 Improve Chinese with Crazie

:) It is hard to find a good time for the beginning story one so I have changed the time again and this time moved it to Wednesday. Hope to see you there. Friday I changed the story about half an hour later compared to before because I am double booked after the time change. Friday's lesson will be semi-permanent. Ernesto Laoshi is also welcoming all of you to try the Qigong class. I will try to make it to this week's first half. :)

Qigong for a stronger body, sharper mind and happier mood with Ernesto Laoshi

This class is led by Ernesto Laoshi who is a Master in Qigong (气功）in English. Qigong is a system of coordinated body-posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for the purposes of health, spirituality, and martial-arts training (from wiki).

If you are interested in this type of exercise, Ernsesto (Paul) will guide you through it. I have been to the class a few times and it is very relaxing.
