I am very excited (激动jīdòng) to announce that from this week on, you can also participate in a live Qigong class over zoom with Master Ernesto who has decades of experience in teaching Qigong.

I felt burnt out more often this time when I travel and work so I am cutting a few lessons off this week. Hopefully to add them back later.
